Discover Hanoi city tour the capital of Vietnam Half Day
Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is one of the most ancient cities in the world. This place offers examples of both contemporary and classical architecture right in the city center.

Option 01: Hanoi half day biking tour - Half Day
Hanoi - Riding a professional bike, visiting mosaic ceramic wall, farming zone along Red River, West Lake, Buddhist & French architecture.
8:00 AM: Get picked up from the hotel then transfer to the bike store. After a short briefing, start cycling along the world’s longest mosaic ceramic picture to the edge of the Red River dyke. Stop at the pottery pier where they transport products by boat from famous traditional handicraft villages all around Hanoi.
Continue cycling on the small road to the Nhat Tan village, which is famous for farming bonsai Dao ( Peach) and Quat ( Kumquat) trees. They are considered lucky during Tet (the Vietnamese lunar New Year). We will learn how gardeners work on their farms and take great photos with them.
You will then bike towards the flower market and then West Lake. You may take a short bike ride (5km) or a longer bike ride (12km) to visit the oldest pagoda in Hanoi (Tran Quoc). Itdates back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty. Enjoy a rest with a cup of local coffee or local beer on the lake side with a beautiful view before heading to the French Quarter.
You will feel like you’re in Paris when passing the French architectural buildings such as: the Presidential Palace and the Cua Bac church. Take some nice photos at the Northern Gate of the Citadel on the Green road Phan Dinh Phung before cycling back to the bike store.

Option 02: Hanoi half day walking tour - Half Day
Hanoi - Leisurely stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, exploring Ngoc Son temple & the Old Quarter
Start walking from hotel to Hoan Kiem Lake, visit the little charming Ngoc Son temple which is located on the Jade islet since the 19th century and is dedicated to Confucian, Taoist philosophers and the national hero Tran Hung Dao. Enjoy an oriental walk along the lake, immersing into the daily life of locals and the landscape. Stop at Ly Thai To King statue who is respected as the capital founder before taking pictures of the greatest Opera house, the Hanoi Metropole Legend hotel, the Government Guest House – the most excellent French architecture buildings in city.
Continue to explore the Old Quarter which was built in the 15th century as a trading center in the capital city with 36 streets of different products. Despite the changes, the Old Quarter is always considered a live city museum. The unique tube houses, small alleys, temples, open door markets and street vendor foods come together in a beautiful harmony. Discovering the town by walking is the best way to stimulate all your senses.
Finally come back to hotel.
Note: Walking shoes is recommended. Long trouser inside temple. Bring camera
Option 03: Hanoi Incredible early morning tour - Half Day.
Hanoi - Early wake-up, visiting Quang Ba night flower market, National flag rising ceremony, local styled exercises & breakfast
5:00 AM: Depart to the Quang Ba flower market. Stroll between the shops that are full of colorful flowers come from different places. There is nothing but flowers at this market. This is the biggest flower market in the city and is open at night time only.
Continue to the Ba Dinh square which is located in front of the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum for a very special ceremony of the National Flag Rising at 6:00 AM. This solemn ceremony happens every morning but still attracts many people. A short distance from the square, the chaotic Chau Long market gives you surprises at every corner. Everything here is fresh: green vegetables, meats, noodles, even live chickens, ducks and fish. This is one of very few traditional open door markets that still exist in the city center.
Drive to the Hoan Kiem Lake in the city center, joining Tai Chi, aerobic morning exercises or laughing yoga at the Ly Thai To Statue park. Take some amazing photos of the lake, even capture some pictures of parents carrying their kids on motorbikes to school. Head to the Old Quarter for a typical breakfast with a bowl of Pho and some iced coffee.
Come back to hotel for a rest before continue your day.
