Vietnam Travel Terms & Conditions: What You Need to Know Before You Book


 

1. Reservation Process

Booking your Vietnam tour is simple and efficient. All reservations must be submitted in writing via the official website or email.

  • Requests are typically processed within 24 hours
  • If services (hotels, flights, cruises) are unavailable, alternative options will be предложed
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by email

To secure your journey, a deposit is required after confirmation.


 

2. Deposit & Payment Policy

 

To confirm your Vietnam travel booking, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.

Key Payment Details

  • Full payment is due 45 days before departure
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Bank transfer
    • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Transaction Fees

  • Visa/Mastercard: +3.85%
  • American Express: +4.5%

All bank transfer fees must be covered by the client to ensure the full amount is received.

Once payment is completed, you will receive:

  • Hotel vouchers
  • Final confirmed itinerary

 

3. Booking Amendments

Flexibility is essential when planning a Vietnam trip.

  • You can modify your booking at any time before departure
  • Simply contact the reservations team with your booking number
  • Any additional costs will be clearly communicated

A revised itinerary and updated invoice will be sent once changes are confirmed.

If using a travel voucher, its specific terms and validity will apply.


 

4. Cancellation Policy

Understanding the Vietnam tour cancellation policy helps you plan with confidence.

Cancellation Fees

  • More than 45 days before arrival:
    • Deposit is non-refundable
    • Supplier fees may apply
  • 44–30 days: 30% of total cost
  • 29–15 days: 50% of total cost
  • 14–7 days: 70% of total cost
  • Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of total cost

Additional charges from airlines, hotels, or cruises may apply based on their policies.

Refund Notes

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method
  • Bank and administrative fees are non-refundable

 

5. Refund of Unused Services

Once your trip has started, no refunds will be issued for unused services.

This includes missed tours, transfers, or accommodation due to personal reasons.


 

6. Liability & Travel Responsibility

Travel involves unpredictable elements. The company is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage
  • Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or political events
  • Changes in airline schedules or local conditions

However, efforts will always be made to provide equivalent alternatives when necessary.

Participation in any tour implies acceptance of these conditions.


 

7. Passport & Visa Requirements

Before traveling to Vietnam, ensure:

  • Your passport is valid for at least 6 months
  • You hold all necessary visas and travel documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to meet all entry requirements.


 

8. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

Travel insurance is not included but strongly advised.

Why It Matters

A comprehensive policy should cover:

  • Trip cancellation and lost deposits
  • Medical expenses and emergencies
  • Lost baggage and personal belongings

Insurance is especially important for long-haul travel to Southeast Asia.

If declined, a waiver may be required.
